How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your ColrPage account directly from the app by following these steps:

1. Open the ColrPage app
2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom right)
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Read the warning and tap Delete to confirm

Your account will be deleted immediately after confirmation.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account information - email address, display name, and profile
• All images you created - including the original files and thumbnails stored on our servers
• Your favorites - all images you marked as favorites
• Your activity history - all records of your interactions (favorites, shares, prints) with any images
• Your credits balance - any unused credits will be forfeited
• Authentication data - your sign-in credentials are removed from our authentication provider (Firebase)

What We Retain

For operational and legal purposes, we may retain the following:

• Abuse prevention records - if your account was involved in content violations, we may retain minimal records for abuse prevention (without personal identifiers)
• Server logs - standard server logs may contain IP addresses and request data, which are automatically purged after 30 days

Timeline

Important Notes

• This action is permanent - once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered
• No refunds - any purchased credits or subscriptions will not be refunded upon deletion
• Shared content - if others have saved or shared your public images before deletion, those copies may still exist on their devices
